The practical stuff
How long does it take?
Most tools go live in one to two weeks, and most websites in about one. You'll have a delivery date in the quote before I start.
What do you need from me?
A 20-minute chat, and access to whatever the tool needs to touch (your website, email, a spreadsheet). In total it's usually under 90 minutes of your time in the first week. I handle the rest.
I'm not techy at all. Is that a problem?
Not at all, most of my clients aren't. I design everything for the least techy person who'll use it, and most of these tools come down to one button. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
What happens when it's finished?
You get it set up on your own accounts, simple written instructions and a walkthrough. It's yours. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it would keep running.

How do I know you can actually build this?
You don't have to take my word for it. Every demo on this page is a real, working tool I built, so click them and try them. Better still, ask for a free demo and I'll build one with your business name on it before you've paid anything.
How do I know I won't pay and get nothing?
We agree in writing what "done" looks like before I start, and if the first milestone doesn't match it, you don't pay. I'm a one-person business and my next client comes from your recommendation, so disappearing on you would be terrible business.
Why are you so much cheaper than an agency?
No office, no account managers, no sales team, and I build with AI-assisted tools that are much faster than the way most agencies still work. Same result, less overhead. That's the whole trick.
What if it's not worth it for my business?
Then I'll tell you on the call. Some problems need a person, some need a £30/month off-the-shelf app, and I'll point you to either when that's the honest answer.
